1) Information We Collect

Information you provide. We collect information you submit through the Services, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and reservation/payment details. If you participate in intake or onboarding, we may also collect information needed to evaluate compatibility and configure your device, which may include measurements, scans/images, and fitting-related details.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we may collect basic technical and usage information such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps for security, reliability, and analytics.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related information (such as payment status and basic transaction details).

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

• process reservations and payments
• communicate with you and provide support
• administer intake, evaluate compatibility, and configure devices (as applicable)
• operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Services
• comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements

Genesis does not provide medical advice through the Services.

3) How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Services (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics, email). These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us.

Clinical coordination. Clinicians, prosthetists, or other professionals when needed for onboarding, fitting, or support, and where appropriate based on your request/participation in the process.

Legal and safety. If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Genesis, customers, and others.

Business transfers. If Genesis is involved in a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be handled as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) HIPAA and Health-Related Information

Some information we process may be health-related (for example, measurements, scans, or fitting details). We treat health-related information as sensitive and apply appropriate safeguards.

Genesis may receive or process information from or on behalf of licensed clinicians or healthcare providers. To the extent Genesis is acting as a "business associate" under HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") is in place, we will handle protected health information ("PHI") in accordance with HIPAA and the applicable BAA. In other circumstances, information you provide through our Services may not be subject to HIPAA, even if it is health-related, and will be handled under this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and security laws.

5) Data Retention

We retain information as needed to support reservations, onboarding, customer support, quality/traceability, and legal/accounting requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and purpose.

6) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and provide any notices required by applicable law.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some functionality may be limited.

8) Your Choices

Access/correction/deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at team@gdynamics.tech, subject to legal, safety, and traceability requirements.

Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We may still send operational messages (e.g., reservation confirmations or onboarding updates).

9) Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised Effective Date.
