Genesis Production Reservation Policy

1. Nature of the Reservation

A reservation payment:

• Secures a place in Genesis' production queue.
• Is not shipment or delivery of a device.
• Does not constitute a completed sale.
• Does not guarantee a specific production or delivery date.
• Will be applied toward the final purchase price if a device ships.

Genesis retains discretion over production scheduling, sequencing, and program rollout.

2. Estimated Production Timing

Any production or delivery timelines communicated by Genesis are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Production and fulfillment may be affected by manufacturing validation, quality assurance processes, supply chain availability, regulatory considerations, engineering updates, and operational capacity.

Genesis is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

3. Reservation Amount

The current reservation amount is $2,500 USD unless otherwise stated.

Reservation payments:

• Are credited toward the total purchase price if a device ships.
• Are treated as customer liabilities until shipment occurs.
• Are not recognized as revenue until shipment.

4. Refund Policy

Reservation payments are fully refundable within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: team@gdynamics.tech

Refunds will be processed within a commercially reasonable period.

After 90 days, reservation payments become non-refundable, except:

• If Genesis cancels the reservation;
• If Genesis determines it is unable to proceed with production or fulfillment within a commercially reasonable period due to operational, regulatory, supply chain, engineering, or safety considerations; or
• If a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Remaining Balance

If your device proceeds to production and shipment, any remaining balance will be charged when the device is ready for shipment and you have been notified of next steps.

If payment for the remaining balance cannot be processed, Genesis may pause shipment until resolved.

6. Limitation of Liability (Pre-Shipment)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis' total liability prior to shipment is limited to the amount of the reservation payment actually paid.

Genesis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from reservation, delay, program changes, or inability to proceed.

7. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
